Meet Our Staff

Originally from Sydney, Australia, and now a U.S. citizen, Luke has been in full-time ministry for over 25 years. His ministry platforms have ranged from war-zone shelters, international conferences, slum ministries in India, and school assemblies, to business events and even the White House. Still, his greatest passion is the local church. Luke’s heart is to strengthen biblical literacy and help believers understand who they are and what they have in Christ.

Salomon and Tiffany Sepulveda are an integral part of the Way Church family, serving together with a shared heart for people and the mission of the church. Salomon serves on the speaking team and plays a key leadership role, helping oversee and support many areas of church life with wisdom, faith, and a servant’s heart.

Tiffany brings warmth and care to everyone she meets, with a special passion for welcoming new people and helping them feel at home. Together, Salomon and Tiffany are committed to building community, encouraging others, and helping people take meaningful steps in their faith.

They love serving the Way Church family and are passionate about seeing lives changed through authentic relationships and the love of Jesus.

Chloe Sepulveda serves as Worship Director at Way Church, where she leads with a passion for creating authentic, Spirit-led worship experiences. She is committed to building strong teams, mentoring worship leaders, and helping people connect with God through music and meaningful moments of praise.

Chloe loves serving the local church and believes worship is more than music—it’s a lifestyle that draws people closer to God and transforms lives.

Originally from Victoria, Australia, Alissa has been married to Luke for 22 years. She studied Interior Architecture at the University of Canberra and now serves on the worship team while actively supporting the staff and leadership of Way Church.

Patrick’s two super powers are serving others and contentment, Patrick has a heart for today's youth and the struggles they go through. After walking through depression and suicidal feelings for years, emerged with a new passion for life and a commitment to help others who are hurting. In addition to Pastoring and Teaching Patrick leads teams to Mexico and Central America for church planting and house building trips.

Tim Triana serves as the Middle School Lead at Way Church, where he guides and mentors students through their faith journey with energy and care. In addition to his work with middle schoolers, Tim also contributes to the worship and production teams, helping create engaging, Spirit-filled experiences for the entire church community.

Tim is passionate about seeing students grow in their relationship with God and loves serving alongside the Way Church family to make church a place where everyone can encounter Jesus.

Sandy is our office administrator extraordinaire! She looks forward to church each week, loves the praise poured out by the worship team, biblical teaching and the welcoming faces of the people who have become her church family. Her great joy is It is to see new members join our community as God’s plans unfold and Way Church grows.
